Naperville, IL—KeHe has acquired San Diego-based Monterrey Provision Company, a 40-year-old family-owned distributor of retail grocery products. The acquisition is said to help advance KeHe’s strategic plan to be a trusted distributor for natural, organic and specialty products.
The acquisition will add two distribution centers in San Diego and Oklahoma City to KeHe’s 16 existing centers.
