GLUTEN-/ALLERGEN-FREE FOODS

New from NOW Foods is the Living Now line of certified gluten-free, Kosher and non-GMO foods. The line is made in a special allergen-free facility and the products do not include any of the major allergens, including dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, nuts and fish.

The line includes popular baking mixes as well as wheat-free, gluten-free flours:
• White Rice Flour
• Organic Brown Rice Flour
• Tapioca Flour
• Organic Amaranth
• Organic Quinoa
• Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Mix
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

In the works for future retail sale are all-purpose flour, a baking/pancake mix and an organic fudge brownie mix. All of the Living Now products allow for those with allergen sensitivities to enjoy their favorite foods, especially baked goods, without sacrificing taste or texture.

David Rosenberg, Living Now Category Manager, recognizes how prevalent food sensitivities are, and wants those with allergies to have a trusted source for “pure, wholesome, natural foods that taste great.
