Maintaining Quality is a Gentle Process
Traditional methods of processing fresh, raw plants can destroy many natural phytochemicals and diminish the plant’s health benefits. Specifically, processing can expose sensitive raw materials to unnatural levels of heat, light and oxygen, which can reduce nutrient content.

To produce Farm Fresh Factors, we utilize our proprietary EnviroSimplex method to protect delicate fruits, vegetables and herbs from damage that can occur with other processing techniques. The watchword we use for processing is “gentle.”

EnviroSimplex deploys gentle agitation with just the right amount of heat under high vacuum to extract moisture, preserve the active ingredients, shorten drying times and protect sensitive phytonutrients. We ensure the processing temperature always stays below 118°F (48°C). Plus, the process is free of solvents and ethanol for safer whole food concentrates. The EnviroSimplex method liquefies and mixes all raw materials in a special chamber where the bio-activation process occurs.
