Letters were also sent to acupuncture clinics, sellers of nebulizers, companies offering ozone and intravenous therapies/hydrotherapy, and two companies offering puled electromagnetic field therapy and scalar frequencies. The full list can be found here.The companies were advised to immediately stop making all claims, and were given 48 hours to notify the commission about the specific actions they have taken to address the agencies concerns. If the claims do not cease, FTC may seek a federal court injunction and an order requiring money to be refunded to customers.
