Lalmin Vita D is the newest ingredient to debut from Lallemand Health Ingredients. The product contains elevated levels of vitamin D and is made with inactivated whole cell yeast. With 8,000 IU of vitamin D per gram, Lalmin Vita D it is intended for food fortification, softgels, capsules and tablets, says the firm.
