Zychrome from InterHealth Nutraceuticals is a new chromium ingredient intended to help maintain healthy insulin and blood sugar levels. Zychrome is a unique form of chromium, niacin and L-cysteine called chromium dinicocysteinate. In clinical trials, the company says the ingredient decreased insulin resistance and fasting levels by 30% each in diabetics.
