Kerry has launched Puremul, a new texture system designed to replace sunflower lecithin and mono- and diglycerides. The ingredient utilizes a non-GMO alternative to combat the sunflower supply challenges. It can be used in many applications, such as baked goods and plant-based beverages. It is formulated with sustainably sourced acacia and is free from major allergens, certified kosher and Halal-suiatble.
