ZENB announced the launch of two new yellow-pea pasta shapes: ZENB Lasagna and ZENB Cavatappi. The plant-based pasta is made to deliver the same texture as wheat pasta using whole yellow peas as the sole ingredient. The lasagna is meant to be cooked in the oven, while the cavatappi is ideal for comfort dishes and full-bodied sauces. Both varieties serve up 17 grams of protein and 11 grams of fiber per 3-oz. serving.
