Another award-winning technology is AquaCelle®, a customizable, self-micro-emulsifying delivery system (SMEDS). Levagen®+ is our branded palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) with LipiSperse®, a revolutionary ingredient with over nine published clinical studies and more on the way. Levagen®+ is absorbed within 45 minutes, with x1.75 absorption compared to standard PEA. PEA is an endogenous fatty acid amide produced naturally in the body in response to injury and stress. It has essential anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and neuroprotective properties and is categorized as part of the extended endocannabinoid family with similar health benefits. Clinically, research benefits include joint health, sleep health, recovery, immunity, skin health, inflammation, and discomfort relief.  In the most recently published study, Levagen+ was clinically shown to support significant improvement in serum BDNF levels compared to placebo and helped improve memory through better first success and fewer errors (1).
