Natural Products Expo West shared the news of some significant changes coming to the show schedule for 2025. Feedback given in post-show surveys was cited as a reason for the changes, and New Hope Network said the goal is to:
- Increase ROI for Exhibitors
- Reduce crowding
- Allow space for more Buyer-only hours
- Simplify the product discovery journey
New Expo West Schedule for 2025
As outlined on the website, the show will now take place from Tuesday, March 4 to Friday, March 7, 2025. Events and education will be held on all days.
The trade show hours will shift, with no show on Saturday.
- Wednesday, March 5, 2025: All exhibits will be open from 10:00am - 6:00pm.
- Thursday, March 6, 2025: ACC Level 3 & North Halls will be open only to Buyers (retail buyers, hosted buyers, food service buyers, and health practitioners) from 9:00 - 10:00am. Then, all exhibit halls will be open from 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Friday, March 7, 2025: ACC Halls A-E & Arena will be open only to Buyers from 9:00 - 10:00am. Then, all exhibit halls will be open from10:00am - 2:00pm.
New Hope Network also said The Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace will take place; information on the date and times will be released in the future.
