Linnette Reindel is the new Chief Marketing Officer of trace mineral-based supplement provider, Trace. Reindel will manage the company's rebranding transition from Trace Minerals while expanding its health and wellness recognition through strategic partnerships, portfolio expansion, wellness expert programs, clinical trials, and educational campaigns. “I’m honored to take on the role of CMO at Trace at this pivotal moment of the brand’s evolution,” said Reindel. Previously, Reindel was President at JAFRA Cosmetics International, ran her own sales and marketing consulting business, and was VP US/Canada at Tupperware. “Since joining our team, Reindel’s masterful understanding of market behavior and consumer expectations has taken our leading brand to new levels,” said Matt Kilts, CEO and co-owner of Trace.

Coletta took over from Ken Gott and will continue expanding the company's presence and product access across the state of California. Organic pasta brand, Felicia, has appointed Michael Fricchione as Vice President of Sales in North America. Having just made their stateside debut at this year's Natural Products Expo West event in March, Felicia will look to Fricchione to draw from his 10-plus years of sales and marketing experience with brands like No Sugar Company, Danone, Icelandic Provisions, and Kite Hill to build the brand's sales team, advance its operational efficiencies, forge key partnerships, and enable personalized customer experiences to further the brands position in the North American market. “Joining Felicia is more than a career move and selling a new product; it’s making good on a promise of better living and leaving an indelible mark on the industry,” said Fricchione. An expansion of Italian benefit corporation Andriani S.p.A., Felicia boasts an innovative product line of better-for-you pastas ranging from spirulina spaghetti to buckwheat mezzi rigatoni.

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. welcomed Lynette Owino as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Javin Ramos as  West Coast National Account Manager based in California. Owino will oversee the U.S. Flavor Regulatory Team and focus on Bell's compliance of various flavor programs and certifications including Kosher, Halal, and Non-GMO Project Verified. Ramos will manage Bell's existing California-based customer accounts while growing partnerships along the West Coast. 

Wolfgang Wienand will succeed Albert M. Baehny as Chief Executive Officer of Lonza Group. With almost 20 years of experience in the CDMO industry, Wienand held various positions with German specialty chemicals company, Evonik Industries, before joining Swiss CDMO, Siegfried, where he held the roles of Chief Scientific Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and CEO. "It is a privilege to join this remarkable company as CEO. As I commence my journey with Lonza, we are embarking on a quest to meet and exceed the needs of our customers and their patients. Oliver Roques is the new CEO of BENEO. Roques brings more than 30 years of international ingredients industry to the position, having held several leadership positions with U.S. and European companies within the industry including a CEO position with Agrana Fruits Europe. Mitchell Madoff is the new Head of Retail Partnerships for packaged goods industry manufacturing platform, Keychain. He spent 20 years at Whole Foods Market working closely on the development of the Whole Foods 365 brand and other private-label products. In this new role, Madoff will spearhead the retail partnerships team and help introduce more brands and retailers to the Keychain platform. He shared, "I'm looking forward to collaborating with Oisin and helping more retailers find the right production partners. Having access to a tool like Keychain during my time at Whole Foods would have greatly enhanced my experience working closely with their beloved 365 Brand."

Arjoon Bose is the new Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer of Bel Group. In this new role, Bose will lead the Integrated Marketing and Communications, Strategic Insights, E-commerce, Partnerships & Licensing and Brand Design teams, look to help the brand answer customer needs across the globe, develop and establish global marketing and digital strategies for their product line, and drive the development of e-commerce as a strategic priority.

Sydney Staedt will be leading the front on consumer education for Bioenergy Life Science as its new Marketing Manager. With a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, a multidisciplinary Master's degree that includes marketing and clinical exercise physiology, Staedt will look to increase consumer demand for the company's branded ingredients and work on new product development including Bioenergy Life Science's expansion into white label/private label. "I am ready to have a positive influence on our customer base as well as consumer awareness and education. I am excited to share the BLS story with others who are committed to living a healthier lifestyle,” said Staedt.

The Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) elected two new members to its board of directors: Jeffrey Rothman, Senior Vice President/General Manager, Oral Care, North America, Colgate-Palmolive (Manufacturer Member); and Greg Ross, Head of Consumer Healthcare North America, Sanofi (Manufacturer Member). Raj Joshi has joined Nature's Path as Chief Marketing Officer. Joshi, who spent 18 years at the Kellogg Company as a General Manager and Marketing Vice President and was most recently the Chief Growth Officer of the farmer-owned cooperative Blue Diamond Growers, will oversee strategic marketing initiatives to build the brand's North American market presence and continue the company's commitment to making quality, organic foods more accessible.
