The Latin inspired brand Loisa is launching a line of clean-label cultural staples including Sazón, Adobo, and Sofrito sauces. The Sofrito Cooking Sauces will be available in three flavors made in collaboration with Yadira Garcia, Head Chef and Educator at Loisa. Sofrito Rojo is a Spanish-style blend of tomatoes, capers, manzanilla olives and bell peppers that pair nicely with traditional dishes like Dominican Spaghetti & Arroz con Gandules. Recaito brings out notes of cilantro, culantro, garlic and oregano that is best enjoyed simmered or marinated. All sauces in the Sofrito line are vegan.
