Milford, CT–NutriScience Innovations, LLCa North American supplier and developer of branded and specialty science-backed ingredient solutions, announced its acquisition of XSTO Solutions, LLC, a value-added supplier of nutraceutical and functional ingredients. NutriScience said the deal marks a significant milestone in its commitment to expanding the functional and science-backed health benefits of its product line, deepening its customer relationships, and partnering with its supply partners to develop new products that meet the consumer needs of the future.

The transaction adds six new branded products to NutriScience’s ingredient portfolio, including:

  • PepZinGI to support gut health
  • K2Quest to support bone & cardiovascular health
  • BenfoPure to support blood glucose control)
  • NiaXtend to support cardiovascular & healthy lipid level support
