PhytoGaia Receives Trademark Approval

PhytoGaia has attained trademark approval from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the following:

  • TocoGaia
  • STGaia
  • CaroGaia
  • TocoGaia ULTRA

Maypro Group Receives Strategic Investment

Japan-based ITOCHU Corporation has invested in Maypro Group for a 25% stake in the company. The partnership looks to enhance both companies commitment to health, innovation and responsiveness to ever changing consumer needs. “With Itochu’s support, we plan to expand our product offerings, pursue new geographic market opportunities, and develop new investment projects.” said May Yamada-Lifton, CEO of Maypro Group. “We are confident that this collaboration will fuel our growth trajectory and drive long-term value for our stakeholders."

Maypro will contribute its portfolio of ingredients and finished products to Itochu's broad global distribution network and its retail strength in Asia including Family Mart—one of Japan's three largest convenience store chains with 6,000 stores throughout Asia and over 16,000 stores in Japan. ITOCHU and Maypro will look to expand their offerings and market opportunities within Japan, which has a growing again population and a growing health-conscious consumer base, China, Southeast Asia, South America, and the United States market, which leads the global health food market with expected annual sales of $67.43 billion in 2024.

HTBA Returning to Fi Europe 2024

HealthTech BioActives (HTBA) will be promoting the power of taste modulation at this year's Fi Europe 2024 event in Frankfurt, Germany. Rousselot Secures Brazilian Patent

Rousselot has received Brazilian patent BR 112019001260-5[1] for its specialized gelatin technology StabiCaps. Designed to improve the stability and release profile of softgel capsules, StabiCaps enhances the release of active compounds and allows nutraceutical producers to meet the continued demand for reliable and bioavailable softgel supplements.

Seattle Gummy Enters Distribution Agreement
