Eden Foods has introduced two new artisan crafted shoyu soy sauces, available in aged one year and aged two year varieties. Both are bottled in a 10- and 20-oz amber glass. They are Japanese koji fermented in cypress wood barrels. They are organic and non-GMO. The two-year double fermented shoyu has a richer taste profile and is made solely with organic ingredients sourced from Japan, and mountain spring water. Both are made without chemical additives.
