Health Canada has approved Arjuna Natural Pvt. Ltd.'s Shoden ashwagandha extract as a Natural health Product (NHP). Shoden is a highly bioactive extract of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) recognized by its standardization to more than 35% withanolide glycosides (as measured by HPLC). With its latest certification, Arjuna can make authorized health benefit claims including:
- Helps improve sleep onset, duration, and quality when used over time.

- Fractional shares of Caring Brands Common Stock will not be distributed.
