A new line of products called youtheory presents a series of Collagen formulas, including tablet supplements and a vanilla protein shake. The tablet products either combine collagen types 1 and 3, or types 1, 2 and 3 in an “advanced formula,” with the goal of promoting beauty from the inside out. The company says the products will lead to stronger hair and nails, as well as benefit ligaments and tendons.
