Gluten-Free Certification
The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), established in 2005, is an industryprogram of the Gluten Intolerance Group. With third party certification of gluten-free product manufacturers, which includes on-site inspections, strict desk audits of ingredients and suppliers and monitoring of testing, GFCO is able to provide consumers with assurances of food safety. GFCO, an internationally recognized certification symbol, certifies over 50,000 products and performs audits in 29 countries.
