Who couldn’t use better brain health? I remember many years ago the conventional wisdom was that you can’t do much about your brain health. Another myth presented to us as though it were fact and settled science. Now we know that your brain is very malleable and capable of changing and improving. One of the challenges for consumers is understanding the distinctions between the many nutrients that have shown benefit. What should you try and why?
Begin the process by recognizing that you are unique. The best nutritional solution for your problem is the one that works best for you. So this is a process of discovery. There are many conditions that can affect your brain and that can impact focus, memory, energy, mood and so on. Some issues are serious
and complex and others may be more normal. You need to evaluate and articulate what are your issues. The more you understand your own circumstances, the better you will be able to target your search for solutions. Please remember, even if you are being treated with drugs for your problems, drugs are not nutrients. Only food and supplements can provide you with the nutrients your brain needs.
Become your own expert on your journey to health. You have to research, make a decision what to try, and then commit to trying quality products for enough time. Evaluate how well it worked and decide whether to continue and/or try other thin
s. Then repeat. The basic premise is that your brain needs to be well nourished to function well.
In this interview, James LaValle and I are going to discuss some of the nutrients that nourish and support brain function. And we are going to review three products that contain several combinations from Kyolic targeting brain health. The three targets we discuss are brain energy, focus and memory.
