Washington, D.C.—NPA has partnered with Jefferies, Oppenheimer, and Think Equity in an invitation-only conference hosted by cbdMD, according to a press release.

The press release notes that state laws and FDA inaction have muddled the cannabidiol (CBD) marketplace. To clarify the landscape, the conference—“Regulatory Roadmap for the CBD Industry”—will focus on discussing the regulatory climate. Lance Blundell, Esq. General Counsel for cbdMD, will moderate; Owen Bennett from Jefferies, Rupesh Parikh from Oppenheimer & Co., and Ashok Kumar from Think Equity will have a Q&A with Daniel Fabricant, Ph.D., President and CEO of NPA.
