Plant-based beverage, creamer, cultured product and frozen dessert maker So Delicious Dairy Free has been acquired by Denver, CO-based WhiteWave Foods Company for approximately $195 million in cash.

The brands are sharing their products with customers to show how they can complement each other. Stonyfield is featuring its organic Greek and traditional organic yogurts, and New England Natural Bakers is sampling its Organic Selects Granola line.

Dave’s Killer Bread, Milwaukie, OR, received Non-GMO Project Verification for its entire product line of organic sliced breads.

To accommodate demand, Simply 7 Snacks of Houston, TX, tripled the size of its manufacturing facility, and now boasts the ability to produce 750,000 bags of chips per day.
