Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie & Mixed Berry Smoothie courtesy ofProYo 

Each smoothie recipe makes 1 serving

 

Ingredients:

Pineapple Smoothie Jar

1 TubeVanilla Bean ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt

2 oz of Almond Milk

1 Cup of Ice

½ Cup of cubed Pineapple

Topping

¼ Cup of rolled oats or granola

1 Sliced Kiwi and remaining pineapples

 

Mixed Berry Smoothie Jar

1 TubeVanilla Bean ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt

2 oz of Almond Milk

1 Cup of Ice

½ Cup of mixed sliced strawberries and whole blueberries

Topping

¼ Cup of rolled oats or granola

Remaining strawberries and blueberries

 

Directions:

Combine Vanilla Bean ProYo, Almond Milk, Ice and ¼ cup Pineapple (or strawberries and blueberries) into blender and hit the switch.

Pour into a mason jar and top with oats, remaining pineapple and kiwi (or strawberries and blueberries).

If you’re in a hurry, just cap the mason jar and go.
