Aker BioMarine of Oslo, Norway, along with the Institute of Marine Research, Bergen, and the Marine Research Assessment Group (MRAG) Ltd., will support an acoustic survey off the tip of Antarctica in an effort to “support sustainable fishing practices and to assist in the collection of scientific data to monitor the health and size of the krill biomass in Antarctica,” the krill oil supplier states.
