Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked oatmeal (slightly cooked)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1/4 cup ice
1 packet alternaVites or alternaVites Kids, any flavor
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
