Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 ¼ tsp. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup NAF Freeze-Dried Blueberries
Directions:
Whisk dry ingredients together; whisk milk, egg, and oil; add to dry ingredients; stir while folding in blueberries. Gently pour ¼ c. batter onto greased griddle. Cook until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.
