Patagonia Provisionshas launched their inaugural collection of 10 fermented drinks including wine, cider, and sake, ranging from a sparkling cider made from a blend of fruits grown on a South Island family farm, to a red wine made from local Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the Mt. Etna volcano. The vineyards are run using regenerative practices such as inter-row crops, use of animals as pest-control, and natural nutrient sources to avoid soil damage.
