San Francisco, CA—GrubMarket announced its acquisition of Organic Harvest Network, a provider of organic produce, according to a press release. GrubMarket will provide Organic Harvest Network with additional technological expertise and a vast existing customer base across the West Coast. GrubMarket also plans to expand Organic Harvest Network’s existing produce list.

The headquarters for Organic Harvest Network will remain in Northern California, and the company will continue to be led by Founder Giuseppe Salvato and business partner Peter Oszaczky.

GrubMarket sets out to make organic food available to individuals, wholesalers and restaurants through online commerce.
