Coffee-Nog Shakes recipe courtesy of Whole Foods Market
- 4 scoops (about 1 1/3 cups) vanilla or coffee ice cream
- 3/4 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup strong-brewed Allegro Celebration Caffè or other medium-roast coffee
- Grated nutmeg for garnish
Combine ice cream, eggnog and coffee in a blender and blend just until smooth (do not overblend or the mixture will be thin). Divide into glasses and garnish each with pinch nutmeg.
