This simple sauce takes just seconds to make and is great on everything!
Serving suggestion: with roasted root vegetables, marinated steak and mushrooms (as pictured). You can also use over grilled or baked fish, tofu…endless opportunities! The liquid smoke really adds flavor and kicks this sauce up a notch.
- 1tsp garlic
- 1/4 cup oil
- A handful of flat leaf-fresh parsley
- Small or medium lemon juiced
- 3-4 dashes of liquid smoke
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients, aside from the liquid smoke and red pepper flake, in your food processor or Nutri-Bullet.
Blend all ingredients. Add more olive oil if needed.
Transfer to your serving bowl and add the red pepper flakes and liquid smoke.
