CRN Answers FAQs on COVID-19 Resource Page

Washington, D.C.—The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) has developed a resource page featuring information on COVID-19: https://www.crnusa.org/COVID-19.

Available resources include a COVID-19 FAQ sheet developed by CRN for industry and consumers to answer common questions surrounding the virus and dietary supplement products. Questions addressed on the site include:

  • Can the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) be transmitted via dietary supplements or their packaging?
  • I have not been able to find my favorite supplements in stock at any of my brick and mortar or online stores. When will I be able to obtain them?
  • What policies have been put in place at the federal, state, and local levels to deal with the pandemic?
