UPDATE: Expo West 2020 Postponed
Anaheim, CA—On March 1, 2020, New Hope Network issued an open letter with updated information regarding novel coronavirus, COVID-19. The letter acknowledges:"Many of our partners due to attend Expo West have urged us to continue with the show. Many have suggested we postpone it. The polarity of responses leaves us in a difficult position, as we do not want to upset or let down anyone in our community."

New Hope Network said it has been monitoring the situation and following the guidelines set-forth by our federal and local government and health agencies, and has made the decision to move ahead with Expo West 2020.

The letter, which can be read in fullhere, outlines control measures designed to ensure the healthy and safety of those at the event, including adding hand sanitizing stations. The letter also includes information on members of the buying community that will not be participating, including Kimberton Whole Foods, HEB/Central Market, Costco, Advantage Solutions, MOM's Organic, Harris Teeter, National Co+op Grocers, Whole Foods Market, Fresh Direct, Cambridge Naturals and Advantage Solutions.

New Hope Network also provided alist of companiesthat have said they will not be participating. As of March 1, 2020 at 11:00 pm EST, that list included 127 companies. As of 12:00 pm EST on March 2, 2020, the list had not be updated.

*Update: As of 2:10 pm EST on 3/2/20, the list included 155 companies.

*Update: As of 3:00 pm EST on 3/2/20, the list had grown to 205 companies.
