Lake Success, NY—The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., announcedin a press releasethat it has completed the sale of the Plainville Farms business to Plainville Brands, LLC.
The press release notes that Plainville Farms, which sells organic turkey, did not contribute to earnings or cash flor in fiscal year 2018.
This is, according to the release, the first step in Hain’s divestiture of the Hain Pure Protein operating segment.
