Scott Sensenbrenner has been elected to the Strategic Advisory Board of the American Nutrition Association. Serving as Enzymedica President & CEO since 2009, he has over 30 years of experience in the natural products industry. Sensenbrenner is a supporter of Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC), Vitamin Angels, and is a Board Member for the Economic Development Corporation for Sarasota County. Previously, he was on the Board of Directors at the Roskamp Institute.

Earth Mama Organics has promoted Guinevere Lynn from Sr. Vice President to President. Lynn has over 24 years of experience leading teams in natural consumer packaged goods, previously working for Gaia Herbs, Vega, and Sun Chlorella USA Corp.

Jones Soda Co. has appointed 38-year CPG and foodservice industry veteran Mark Murray as President. Murray previously held various senior sales and marketing positions for Campbell’s Food Company and Kraft Heinz Food Service. The company has also appointed Jamie Colbourne to the Board of Directors.

Gelita has appointed Dr. Sven Abend to its Executive Board. Dr. Abend succeeds Dr. Franz Josef Konert, who is retiring. Dr. Abend previously was COO and Executive Board Member of the Lonza Group. Gelita also appointed Jan Christoph Teetz as CFO.

OmniActive Health Technologies has added Brett DuBose to its Global Sales Organization as Divisional Vice President & Regional Sales Manager, North America. DuBose previously worked at Florida Supplement, Lonza Consumer Health & Nutrition, and Pfizer. OmniActive also announced Rohini James as Divisional Vice President & Regional Sales Manager, Rest of the World. Rohini has worked with OmniActive as Divisional Vice President of Sales & Business Development for EU & AMEA.

Reed’s, Inc. has appointed Richard H. Hubli as VP of Operations. Hubli brings nearly four decades of diversified experience in supply chain and operations management to Reed’s, Inc. Previously, he worked at Harvest Hill Beverage Company, PepsiCo, Cadbury Schweppes, and Fuze.

The Kohana Coffee Company has promoted Tara O’Brien from VP of Sales, U.S. Grocery Channel, to President of Sales and Customer Service. Prior to joining Kohana, O’Brien served in multiple roles with PepsiCo, including most recently serving as Senior Sales Supervisor for the company’s Frito-Lay DSD business, where she was responsible for managing a team of 140 and delivered over $80MM in annual sales.

Joining Victory Hemp Foods as CFO, Nathan Kuchta brings 15 years of experience in finance and accounting to the table. He has previously worked for Propeller Industries, Ernst & Young, GTT Communications, RSM (McGladrey) and Endeavor Global. Victory Hemp Foods has also announced Georgia Pate as Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager, and Joseph King as Associate Scientist, R&D.

Ran Shtein, VP of Operations for Quicksilver Scientific, has been recognized as an honoree in the 2020 Denver Business Journal C-Suite Awards. Shtein has been instrumental in expanding Quicksilver’s operations at all levels and stages, the company says.

Dole Packaged Foods has appointed Dr. Lara Ramdin as its first Chief Innovation Officer. Ramdin will lead the company’s innovation and sustainability efforts.
