New Port Richey, FL—SENPA Inc. produced their first SOHO Healthfest on April 5, 2019, drawing 117 retailers and 78 exhibitors to Irving, Texas.
The show consisted of 2 days of education with Terry Lemerond of EuroPharma, as well as guest speakers including Dr. Decker Weiss, Carl Germano, Ryan Sensenbrenner, Dr. Cass Ingram, and more. It also included a one-day trade show with 78 exhibitors displaying a large variety of products. According to a press release, those products ranged from traditional supplements to new trends such as CBD, pet supplements, food products and more.
Eight SENPA board members along with Lester Burks, president of SENPA, were in attendance, according to the release. Burks explained his excitement for the interest that the show produced: “I think it’s just fantastic. This turnout shows that there’s a real hunger for knowledge like this among our key audience: natural products retailers—and I’m thankful that we at SENPA could provide it.”
Stacey Lett, SENPA’s trade show coordinator, also commented on the show's success. “The venue, the timing, the size, and the need for education and buying opportunities came together to create a perfect event for retailers and vendors alike. SOHO Healthfest has proven that it is the place to be for both independent retailers and vendors to learn, do business and most importantly, build relationships that will strengthen the natural products industry.”
The release states that this show was previously produced by NPA-SW, which is now dissolved.
