Secaucus, NJ – The Vitamin Shoppe has announced a new, nationwide Healthy Awards loyalty program designed to empower customers to make their well-being a priority, according to a press release. All enrolled members earn a $5 award with every 125 points and receive 10% off their purchases when they subscribe to The Vitamin Shoppe’s auto delivery program. According to the release, members will have the option to redeem points automatically or accumulate them for a bigger reward. Points can be redeemed online, in-store, or with the VShoppe app.
The loyalty program allows customers to earn up to 50% faster as they move from bronze to silver and gold based on annual spend. Silver and gold level members get early access, exclusive offers, and savings on The Vitamin Shoppe’s brands. Depending on the customer’s tier, the program includes features like consultations with certified nutritionists or access to an exclusive Facebook group.
As part of the launch, The Vitamin Shoppe also started the ‘Celebrate You’ campaign, which provides its store associates—referred to as Health Enthusiasts—with gifts to surprise standout customers all month long.
