Updates to the website include:
- Employer Branding: The employer’s introductory page features a company logo and story, and videos and images can be added.
- Search: The new search engine is the center point of the Advanced Search Page, giving job seekers several ways to research and discover companies and jobs that interest them.
- Categories: Natural Industry Jobs identified the six most popular categories within the natural and organic products industry: Environmental/Eco/Sustainable; Food & Beverage; Home Care/Natural Living; Ingredients/Suppliers; Personal Care/Beauty, and Supplements. Searchers can also explore any combination of locations, products, job fields and more.
Lawrence added that the website is "Powered by JOE," explaining, “JOE stands for Job Optimization Experts and represents our experienced team and leading-edge technology that takes NaturalIndustryJobs.com to the next level in service, reach and targeted job marketing.”
Regarding the recent merger, Lawrence said, “For ‘JOE’ this was a natural extension of our family of online job centers, including JoeProduce.com and JoeFoodSafety.com. We are excited to expand our value proposition and continue the legacy of industry focus and great service that Laurel King, NaturalIndustryJobs.com founder, established. As a lifelong health and exercise nut, I am thrilled to be helping both employers and job seekers connect within the natural and organic products industry. I am an enthusiastic consumer of natural and organic products, and my hope is that the employers, job seekers and industry partners feel the same about our services.”
To celebrate the launch of the new website, NaturalIndustryJobs.com is offering a buy one, get one free (BOGO) until January 31, 2021. Employers can double their job ad listing purchase with a limit of three paid postings per company, according to the release.
