According to a press release, Vitamin Angels is among the top 3% of charities to receive the designation 10 consecutive times, showing its commitment to upholding sector best practices and executing its mission in a financially efficient way. 

Charity Navigator, which says it is America’s largest independent charity evaluator, uses objective analysis to award only the most fiscally responsible and transparent organizations a 4-star rating. “Only a quarter of charities rated by Charity Navigator receive the distinction of our 4-star rating,” said Michael Thatcher, President & CEO of Charity Navigator, in the release. “This adds Vitamin Angels to a preeminent group of charities working to overcome our world’s most pressing challenges.
