Washington, D.C.—The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) announced in a press release that twelve new companies have joined the association—eight voting members and four associate members.

The voting members are:

Ancient Nutrition,with a mission to restore health, strength, and vitality by providing whole food nutrients to the modern world. Ancient Nutrition creates products by pairing the wisdom and principles of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Herbalism with current scientific research, resulting in a range of products including bone broth, collagen protein, and CBD hemp.

Charlotte’s Web, which creates whole-plant hemp supplements. The company is vertically integrated, and grows their non-GMO hemp plants on family farms to be made into full-spectrum phytocannabinoid health and wellness products.

Epion Brands, a finished product marketer of Kori Krill Oil, which contains omega-3s, choline, and astaxanthin. The product was launched in the spring of 2020.

Lubrizol Advanced Materialsworks with customers to speed medical devices and pharmaceutical products to market. It provides polymers and excipients, as well as state-of-the-art product design, development, and manufacturing services.

McCormick & Company, Inc.is a global leader in flavor. It manufactures, markets, and distributes spices, seasoning mixes, condiments, and other flavor products to the food industry.

Plexus Worldwide, LLCprovides supplements and beauty products focused on the human microbiome, weight loss, and overall wellness.

Remedi Therapeutic Foods, Inc.markets fortified foods. The company’s products are currently in test phase, and will launch direct-to-consumer in 2021.

Therabotanicsis a direct-to-consumer supplement company that develops and markets supplements backed by placebo-controlled studies.
