Chr. Hansen Natural Colors Changes Name

Copenhagen, Denmark—Chr. Hansen Natural Colors, which recently became a standalone company, has announced that it will be known as Oterra, effective immediately.

The name is inspired by the Latin word for ‘earth,’ a press release explains, and is intended to reflect the company’s commitment to providing colors from natural sources in order to contribute to natural, sustainable, safe foods.
