In a recent survey conducted by The Annex, quinoa ranked in the top 10 ingredients in terms of driving health perception and purchase intent. The Annex says Colorado Quinoa offers comparable taste, color, size and cook volume to varieties of South American white quinoa, offering opportunities to capitalize on consumer perceptions of quinoa with all the benefits of U.S.-grown grain, including stable pricing, scalable supply, sustainability and traceability.
