Beloit, WI—Kerry has released itsRadicle Solution Finder,a web-based tool that allows users to access solutions to plant-based formulation challenges. The interactive tool is available for use on desktop or mobile.

“Delivering delicious taste, meaningful nutrition, clean label functionality, and sustainable alternatives is key to success with plant-based foods,” said Jenny Palan, Senior Strategic Marketing Lead, Plant Proteins, in a press release. “All of these challenges, and more, are addressed by the Kerry Radicle Solution Finder.”

While the plant-based category is evolving quickly, the release explains, there are obstacles to overcome in terms of production challenges and taste and texture issues. The Radicle Solution Finder was developed by Kerry to help their customers create and deliver sustainable plant-based products.

Users select their target category—either a meat or dairy alternative—and then filter challenges according to taste, nutrition, function, and plant protein/dairy alternatives. The tool will present the user with a range of solutions based on those selections.
