Louisville, KY—Victory Hemp Foods has entered into a strategic partnership withApplied Food Sciences(AFS), according to a press release.

The partnership will elevate sales and marketing for Victory Hemp’s ingredients, including V-70 Hemp Heart Protein and V-ONE Hemp Heart Oil, which will launch at the Institute of Food Technologists Conference in July 2020. The ingredients bring a neutral flavor and color, with all the nutrients found in hemp. AFS will provide marketing and sales presence, formulation expertise, and customer service.

AFS recently opened its Innovation Center at the University of Iowa's Bio-Ventures Research Park. There, AFS develops novel, natural, and organic ingredients that are highly scientifically qualified, Non-GMO, and GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe – an FDA requirement for U.S. food and beverages). One of the primary goals at the new Innovation Center is to help foster the growth of plant-based science and develop solutions for plant-based foods.
