Devin Stagg, Chief Operating Officer: Over the last decade, PLT has evolved dramatically as a company. We have invested substantially in people, processes and infrastructure to develop our capabilities as a leading innovation partner worldwide to our consumer products customers. Today, the people of PLT are scientists, formulators, marketing innovators, quality and supply chain experts and customer service leaders. What are we doing to provide tools to deliver customized and personalized solutions for various consumer groups? We design meaningful clinical studies to understand the mechanisms and the physical results of supplementation with our ingredients. Our PLT People+Planet™ Initiative has been established to expand our sustainability efforts for environmental and human issues. This initiative supports and is guided by the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Our goals for the People+Planet™ Initiative are to provide one million women and children with vitamins, one million meals to needy families, and one million children empowered through education by 2030.
Around the world, PLT engages in efforts to support the sustainable growing, harvesting, and processing of the raw materials that go into its ingredients as part of our PLT360™ initiative. This work includes supply chain reviews of ethical sourcing and environmental protection activities. Many of our innovation and manufacturing partners are leaders in this area because they realize that environmental protection, sustainable planting and harvesting, natural resource stewardship, green processing, and a good living for their workers are essential to continuing their business in the future.

Flowerman: PLT Health Solutions continues to innovate and bring category-leading products to market. In 2023, PLT introduced a game-changing cognitive ingredient backed by groundbreaking clinical science. Nutricog® Cognitive Performance Complex is an ingredient unlike anything on the market today and adds a new dimension to our portfolio of clinically backed cognitive health ingredients. Nutricog is a patented combination of Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Boswellia (Boswellia serrata); clinical studies have shown benefits across multiple cognitive domains, including learning, memory, sustained attention, working memory and executive function, where increases in cognitive speed were seen concurrently with improvements in accuracy while multitasking.
