Rony Patishi-Chillim, CEO of Lycored, said in the release: “This year’s theme for Heart & Soil Day was to nourish our communities all over the globe through various activations and activities that connected our brand and local communities with the beauty of nature. Heart & Soil Day is not only about appreciating and celebrating natural wonders, but also our connection to them and, as a result, to each other. On this day we share our love for nature and hope to inspire others to celebrate, and show gratitude towards the earth’s natural wonders all year round.”

Lycored’s EU team partnered with The Pothole Gardener and the French Freerun Family to create hidden gardens all around Paris. The French Freerun Family, a parkour group that shows off new ways to explore and appreciate the environment, helped Lycored find unexpected places for pothole gardens—which, when planted, granted passersby an unexpected happy moment while walking in the city.
Across the world, Lycored took part in action to support local communities. In Ukraine, Lycored’s team partnered with the local village to donate a screen and projector to the village library. The Israel team worked with The Parkinson’s Association to help serve the community of people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. In California, Lycored partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank Orange County to sort and pack donated food items for their distribution center. Finally, in New Jersey, Lycored created toiletry kits to support the New Jersey Battered Women’s Service, which will be distributed throughout the state.
