Terry Moody is new CEO of Alpha Packaging, St. Louis, MO. He had been CEO of the Metal Cutting & Composites business unit of Fives Group and has more than 30 years of experience in specialty manufacturing.

Mike DiBiasa, general manager, U.S. nutritionals and digestive health at Bayer Consumer Health Care will chair The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) annual conference Oct. 16-19 at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, CA. In addition, CRN elected eight board directors: Susanne Anderson, Baekgaard, Bifodan A/S; Bruce Brown, Natreon, Inc.; Sandy Chien, HORN Company; Chad Clawson, Nutraceutical Corp.; Leo Cullen, Kyowa Hakko U.S.A, Inc.; Tee Noland, Pharma Tech Industries; Micah Osborne, Stratum Nutrition (re-elected for a second term); and Craig Sheehan, Activ Nutritional, LLC.

The Organic Produce Summit 2018 announced Geoff White as a keynote presenter at its third annual event July 11-12 at the Monterey Conference Center. White is the president of Albertson’s Own Brands, which include its organic private labels. He joins Ed Carolan, president of Campbell Fresh, and journalist Dan Buettner.

Grocery industry veteran Simon Belsham was appointed by Walmart to be the new president of Jet. He comes from Tesco.

Karen Conley is now director of communications and outreach at The National Bison Association, a new position.

Greg Jaeger is the new director of sales of Handcrafted Food, a supplier of meat snacks. Mike Mullins is the new VP of Sales for Rice’s Honey.
