Hoboken, NJ—Robuvit is shown innew researchto enhance sleep quality for those who suffer from insomnia, according to apress releasemade by Horphag Research.

Robuvit is a natural antioxidant made from French oak wood extract.

According to the press release, insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders reported in the U.S., with more than 30% of Americans experiencing insomnia at some point in their lives.

The study examined 40 participants, 22 of which were the control group, following the standard management plan, and 18 of which supplemented the standard management plan with Robuvit. The Robuvit group took 100mg capsules of Robuvit three times per day, for 8 weeks.

The study found a significant general improvement in mood, a significant decrease in oxidative stress, and a significantly improved fatigue and insomnia score in supplemented subjects. The control group showed no changes.

The study concluded that the observed changes were probably the result of the antioxidative activity of Robuvit.

Fred Pescatore, natural health physician, said in the press release, “Insomnia and poor sleep quality lead to grogginess and fatigue alone with other health implications, such as high blood pressure and depression. This study adds to a growing body of research into Robuvit, which supports this antioxidant’s benefits for fatigue and healthy detoxification.”
