Walnut, CA—Farlong Pharmaceutical is donating 10% of September sales from Lifeflower Breviscapine to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA), according to the press release.
Farlong’s donation—in honor of World Alzheimer’s Month—will support AFA’s mission of providing support, services, and education to individuals, families, and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The donation will also help fund research for better treatment and a cure.
The AFA operates a National Toll-Free Helpline at (866) 232-8484; it provides free, confidential memory screenings at sites across the country; and it works with professional caregivers and dementia-care settings to provide additional training and continuing education.
