East Windsor, NJ—Muhammed Majeed, Ph.D., Founder of the Sami-Sabinsa Group, has been named the Father of Indian Nutraceuticals Industry by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), an organization of over 300 Chambers of Commerce and trade associations looking to foster balanced economic, industrial, and social development in India.

The award was presented during ASSOCHAM’s virtual conferenceEfficacy of Herbal Nutraceuticals: Stimulating the New Lifestyle.
